The Flaming Lips Prep New Album

The Flaming Lips are tentatively set to release their new full-length effort late this Summer. The album will be their first two-album release in the history of the band and is the follow-up to 2006's At War with the Mystics.  According to the band, they currently has thirteen tracks completely written with another nine in various phases; they plan to finishing the bulk of the recording before they head out on tour in June.
