Small Crush release date

Posted in Records on July 31, 2023

We shared the lead single earlier, but now Small Crush is back with specifics about their second album, Penelope. The new record will release on Sept. 15 on Asian Man Records, roughly four years after their self-titled debut came out in 2019.

The new record focuses on stripped down, melodic indie-pop, on display in their latest single, "Ecosystem."

"We hope that other people can find comfort in our songs and have a soundspace to relieve some kind of emotion," says vocalist Logan Hammon, summarizing the band's goals on their latest effort.

Check out SPB's recent 1QI with Hammon.
