Broadway Calls Planning Next Album

Posted in Records on September 18, 2008

Broadway Calls posted a lengthy update concerning their plans following their current tour runs with Polar Bear Club and Smartbomb.  Following the completion of the tours, the band will return home to begin writing their new full-length and follow-up to Broadway Calls. Here is what the band had to say:

For a while we were having a tough time figuring out what to do after this last U.S. tour of the year. After some careful consideration, we've decided to let the winter come in and trap us in the northwest. We're going to lock ourselves in our barn, and write a new record!!!! At this point, it's been two years since we finished our first and only full length album. It's time to take the inspiration from the past two years of killing our van, and put them to music. We're not quite sure who will be releasing our next record, but we do know that it's gonna be perfect for us. We've been really lucky so far in working with, and meeting the right people along the way, so why stop now?
