Mike Patton of Faith No More, etc. fame is moving ahead with plans to release a live DVD of a Mondo Cane performance which took place in Amsterdam, Holland a few years back. Mondo Cane is of course Patton’s orchestrally reinterpreted traditional Italian pop side project. A release timeframe was not announced for the effort. For now, a live album culled from a series of European Mondo Cane performances that happened awhile back are being prepared for a May 04th release date through Ipecac.
