Ruiner victims of theft in Montreal

Posted by Jon E. on May 11, 2010

Ruiner had a few items stolen from their van this past weekend in front of a Montreal venue. Vocalist Rob Sullivan had the following to say: "Last night our van was broken into in Montreal outside of the Underworld. We were parked on Catherine Street out front of the venue. Sometime around 9pm (while the shops and restaurants were still open) someone popped our lock with a screw driver. Dustin [Thornton] and I lost our book bags. Dustins contained a camera and gifts from the travels of this tour for friends back home. I lost my laptop which contains the last 7 years of my life and my passpost. Luckily, nothing else was taken. "I wouldn't even post this but if you live in Montreal and go to a lot of flea markets [and] if you see a black Dell laptop that has stickers on it (Rise and Fall, Ruiner, Baltimore, Pressure) or a small green square camera let me know. Or if you are walking around by the Underworld and see a black backpack or yellow and black backpack. Maybe check it out. Might have some of our stuff in it."
