Copyrights announce new record

Posted by Loren on May 17, 2011

Red Scare has announced that the third Copyrights record, titled North Sentinel Island, will be released on August 9th. Red Scare's Tobias Jeg explains:

They're not the Ramonesy pop-punk band they used to be, but their latest tunes still have the melodies, huge choruses, and great lyrics you expect from these Midwestern party boys. Man, we love this fucking band.

In addition to the full-length, Red Scare will issue a teaser 7", Crutches, in late June featuring the song "Crutches" as well as demo tracks from the recording session. The vinyl of the new full-length is to be a joint release with It's Alive Records and the band will be touring heavily in its support.
