Following-up their 2020 album Untenable, Bad Moves is back, announcing Wearing Out The Refrain, out on Sept. 13 on Don Giovanni Records from the Washington, DC based power-pop group. The band also shared a new single, "Hallelujah," described as an anthem in support of queer and trans people's rights in response to dehumanizing legislative efforts.
