Rise Against recently talked about plans for a new full-length effort. Bassist Joe Principe had this to say:
Rise Against released The Sufferer and the Witness last year via Geffen Records.We would like to have a new record out next summer. Everything could change, but that’s the plan right now. Tim and I write individually while on tour and we will eventually show each other our ideas during soundcheck. All we need is a good two months to work out all the kinks, but we are always writing.
The Loved Ones will be heading into the studio in September with Pete Steinkopf and Bryan Kienlen from the Bouncing Souls co-producing the effort. The album is slated to feature a guest spot from Franz Nicolay from The Hold Steady. Fat Wreck Chords is aiming for an early 2008 release … Read more
