The horror! The Jukebox Romantics

The Jukebox Romantics recently shared a new song and video, "Packing Up My Knives," which an original song from for the film Meat Lovers, a micro horror film in festival showings now.

"In Summer 2023 we were approached by Allen Martindale, who is the director and writer of Meat Lovers," says guitarist/vocalist Mike Terry. "We know Allen originally through his partner Jess, whom we met being interviewed at our very first day of Warped Tour in 2010 in Salt Lake City. We kept in touch over the years and around 2017 Jess and her partner Allen had a great podcast called Talk Music To Me. Jukebox was a guest on the show and that’s where we discovered our shared love for horror movies," which essentially leads us to the present.

Watch the video below. The band is currently working on music tied to a short film, and also plants to record their fifth studio album in December with long-time producer John Naclerio.
