Beck releasing new album as sheet music

The Onion AV Club is reporting that Song Reader from Beck will be released soley as sheet music, with each track featuring complementary artwork. The concept of the "record" is that each purchaser will create the songs in their own style. The booklet will be released by McSweeney's, who will post renditions of the song on their website post-release, with no official statement if Beck himself will record the songs.

Quicksand's Slip to be reissued
