Thousand Islands Records has announced that Walt Hamburger will join the label's roster, releasing his third LP overall later this year -- and his first with a full band. Hamburger previously released acoustic records on One Week Records. Now, backed with louder instrumentation that includes Neil Hennessy (The Lawrence Arms), he shares a single, "Anyway... Come Over."
Walt Hamburger gets his moniker from his membership in The Hamburgers, has played with Honor Amongst Thieves, and Obvious Man Hands. He previously released solo music under the name Walt Hamburger & The Young Guns.
