Same has a new single called "Osho Tapes" from the band's upcoming new record. "Osho Tapes" (shared below) is the second single from Plastic Western, out on LP on May 8 thanks to Lauren Records.

Playing low-key indie-style rock with a mellow air and subtle flourishes, the new record has 12 new songs in total. Same formed in 2015 and last released Forgot to Say ‘Action' EP in 2018.

The video below was put together during the COVID-19 pandemic.

As a news blast from Lauren Records explains:

"Osho Tapes" is one of my favorite songs from the record, and the music video is just as good. Since they couldn't record what they had planned, in true DIY style they made something completely their own. The video is a hodgepodge of pop culture clippings that follow the song. See if you can spot the cult of Osho, Chad Smith tripping over his headphone cable on national TV, and Three Rivers Stadium imploding.
