Chicago three-piece weirdo punk band Paper Mice is back with a new LP on May 7 via Three One G. The band play short, rhythmic bursts with proggy pieces and melodic flourishes: complex and varying without overindulgence, as in the lead video for ""The Cynic Route"" below. This time around, each song on the album explores real life news stories -- "mainly, people setting things on fire accidentally/on purpose," the label says.
