One of the founding pillars of Epitaph Records, Pulley represents a specific brand of southern California melodic skate punk that can easily be mistaken for appearing on the Tony Hawk Pro Skater soundtrack. The group is releasing an acoustic EP that contains renditions of tracks from their first album, 1996’s Esteem Drive Engine. A bit of trivia that might already be well-known, singer Scott Radinksy simultaneously played eleven seasons as a major league relief pitcher, and toured with Pulley in the offseasons throughout the 90s.
The 10-inch record Different Strings is available for pre-order through SBAM and Smartpunk Records.
