Australia punk band Clowns are back with a new single -- "Does It Matter?"

"We wanted to write the most Clowns song that had ever existed - it's punk, it's garagey, there's some screams, there's some big singalongs," Williams says. "It's got a smashing guitar solo and it's about doing whatever you want to do and fuck the rest of the noise," vocalist Stevie Williams says of the new song.

The Melbourne-based five-piece released a full-length album called Nature/Nurture on Fat Wreck Chords in 2019 and was originally planning extensive global touring in 2020 in support. Instead, the band (and everyone else) spent the year in various forms of lockdown, leading to new material instead of touring escapades.

The new single is available via Clowns' own Damaged in Australia, and via Fat Wreck elsewhere.
