Superchunk's Here's To Shutting Up is 20

Long out-of-print, Superchunk's 2001 album Here's To Shutting Up is returning in deluxe form for its twentieth anniversary. 

On Ocgt. 22, Merge Records will re-issue the album on CD, LP, and also on limited orange swirl peak vinyl. Each the formats comes with a bonus "Bestial Warning" CD, containing 13 previously unreleased demos. The vinyl packages come with additional features as well.

While the band itself is not active at present, Mac McCaughan with Jim Wilbur are playing limited acoustic shows as a duo soon, and McCaughan as upcoming solo performances, including support for John Darnielle of the Mountain Goats.
