For yesterday’s Record Store Day events, Seafoam Walls have shared a new single called “Dependency”, released via The Daydream Library Series. The band is also planning a full-length later this year.
Seafoam Walls, based in Florida, plays a hybrid style of music, coining their sound as “Caribbean Jazzgaze,” pulling from jazz, shoegaze, rock, hip-hop, and Afro-Caribbean rhythms. The band previously released an EP titled R-E-F-L-E-C-T (2018), with debut full-length XVI tentatively scheduled for late 2021. The Daydream Library Series is he house record label of Ecstatic Peace Library operated by Eva Prinz and Thurston Moore.
