To Live A Lie Records will release Habitual Offender, a new 6-song EP from Bay Area hardcore group Spy, on Oct. 1. They kick off the news with the son "Exceptional American," shared below.

The band previously released the Service Weapon EP last July and they are currently booked for FYA Fest in Tampa, FL in January.
