Featuring current and former members of Amenra, Neurosis, and Sepultura, Absent In Body has shared both a lead single and news of their debut album.

The group will release Plague God on March 25 via Relapse Records, which was mastered by Jack Shirley.

Playing music fitting of the resumes above, the band explores new heavy terrains with sonic shifts and dense composition.

The band was originally conceived by  Amenra guitarist Mathieu J. Vandekerckhove, and Neurosis vocalist/guitarist Scott Kelly,  and formed in 2017. Over time, Amenra vocalist/bassist Colin H. Van Eeckhout, and ex-Sepultura drummer Iggor Cavalera joined in.
