Wiretap Records announced plans to release Existential Shred, a new EP from pop-punk group Baby Got Back, later this summer.

Vocalist/bassist G’Ra Asim is author of Boyz n the Void: a mixtape to my brother, which will release on paperback on May 10 (Beacon Press) as well. The book is structured around songs on a mixtape, a nonfiction collection in which each chapter explores race, gender, class and sexuality in punk and straight edge culture. It release last fall on hardcore.

As for the music, Baby Got Back Talk calls New York City home and formed in 2017 and most recently released Genre Reveal Party in 2020.
