Nefarious Industries has announced that the label will soon release the debut album from Rhode Island noise punks Anxious Wave. Titled Live From The Poison Factory, the album will release on Sept 2.
The band formed in 2018 and has a self-released demo, cassette EP, and a split with PanzerChocolate previously.
The new 10-song collection was written during 2020 lockdown, including lead single "Complex Needs," which was first released in March 2021 in collaboration with Monster Makeup Productions, a local collective of filmmakers creating independent horror films with a focus on LGBTQ storytelling. Speaking of horror films, the band also appears in the 2020 film Death Drop Gorgeous.
