Ukrainian neocrust band Suicideburg has released their first album, У німому очікуванні... (In silent waiting…). The band's first full-length comes via Neformat Family label and follows years of local touring from the group, which draws stylistic inspiration from d-beat, melodic hardcore, and black metal.
The band comes from Lviv, in western Ukraine, which is under attack at present but to a lesser extent than the eastern regions of the country. The record, however, was written before the war.
Per the press release:
Currently, the band wants to write new songs, play concerts, and record releases, but there are no specific plans, "because at this time you cannot be sure of tomorrow."
