Playing a diverse style of noisy, heavy rock with influence from shoegaze to doom to screamo, hardcore, and black metal, Lanayah is back with their third album, called I'm Picking Lights in a Field..., out June 16 via Anima Recordings (CD + digital) and Drongo Tapes (cassette). It's the Santa Barbara/Seattle group's third album and the band teases us now with two of their newest songs: “Nameless Fluttering” and “Knife, Mirror.”
The band last released Forever in May in 2019 (Drongo Tapes/Medicine Time Records).
