Raleigh, NC based Long Relief has released their debut, a 4-song EP called No Growth. The band play emotive punk-inspired indie rock that explores the human condition, form anxiety and love to death and systematic failure.

The band is scheduled to perform at Hopscotch Music Festival in Raleigh in September and The FEST in Gainesville in October. They are also planning an upcoming full-length.
