Familiar faces in Oakland Dollar Store

Dollar Store, a band comprised of Jeff Ott (Crimpshine/Fifteen), Leda Gannon (Wire Graffiti), Harrison Joyner (Apogee Sound Club/Future Twin), and Dave Slaverave (The Boxcutters/Agonist Party), has shared their first single, "Equivocator (Chicken F**ker)," which will be on the band's new debut album next month, Gentleman Nation

The band formed in 2023 in Oakland, CA and pull from post-punk, pop, goth, hardcore, heavy rock, melodic metal, and post-hardcore, landing somewhere in the middle with a bit of everything, as the new single shows:

They will be on the East Bay Old and Gay tour in summer, joined by Middle-Aged Queers and Bobby Joe Ebola & The Children MacNuggits.

Patrick Murray plays drums on the LP.
