The world gets new Knub. The Baltimore, MD band is set to released Crub, out June 20 as a joint release between Hex, The Ghost Is Clear, and Expert Work.

The band previously released a demo EP and a split with Brain Cave. The new record focuses on the band's heavy, noisy rock with a focus on hooks.

“Simply put, 'Crub' is the past-tense conjugation of ‘crab’. The horseshoe crab is the living epitome of CRUB, representative of an ancient evolution of timelessness, survival, perseverance, and ultimately transcendence," says guitarist Ben Zamzow. "These themes run throughout the album and reflect in the lyrical content. Also, just look at that fucker! Pretty badass for a bottom-feeder if you ask us."
