Record Thieves, a Denver, CO punk band with members/former members of Authority Zero, Boldtype, and Allout Helter, has announced a new record this fall, Tragic Company -- release date still TBA. The album will release via Thousand Island Records, which also just shared the new single “Cause and Effect” as an early taste.
“‘Cause and Effect’ is a relentless fight against the cycles that hold us back,” the band says in a press release. “Trapped in repetition, cursed by time, and desperate for change, this song is about the struggle to break free from the past while still holding onto hope for something better. If you’ve ever felt stuck chasing the same ghosts, this is the moment where the scale tips—when you finally let go, move forward, and become the person you’re meant to be.”
The band released Wasting Time in 2020.
