Guilhem, a singer-songwriter from Montreal, QC, has a new album, out on Sept. 5, made with Frank Turner mixing and mastering the final outcome.
I didn’t really plan to write a cohesive album,” he says in a press release. “At first, it was just a bunch of songs I needed to get out of my system. But somewhere along the way, it all started orbiting the same messy little galaxy of thoughts: the absurdity of being human right now.”
The album itself has a positive bent, "A desire to do better, to connect, and to laugh at the chaos a little more often," hence its title, A Good One.
Guilhem is also vocalist with Lost Love.
