Brad Marino plans Ramonescore record

Posted in Records on September 24, 2022

Brad Marino has announced a new LP coming out soon called Basement Beat, set to release on Rum Bar Records (cd), Hey Pizza Records (LP), and Memorable But Not Honorable (cassette). The record is a change of direction from Marino, strictly limiting its style to Ramoescore. "It was intentional. I wanted to make a stripped down punk record in the classic 76/77 sound. Like if they did a 4th Tommy Ramone era LP,“ Marino states.

The project was recorded with Marino handling all vocals and instruments in 2020-2021, with the exception of drumming courtesy of Beau-Beau Basement. No release date has been announced.
