Manchester Punk Festival, scheduled for April 18-20, has announced additional bands at the festival's tenth anniversary. New additions include Dillinger Four, Death By Stereo, Smoke or Fire, Broadway Calls, and more, plus previously announced groups such as The Menzingers, Strung Out, Franz Nicolay, and The Chisel.
