Late-night talkshow host Stephen Colbert has declared war on Kanye West and his chart-toping album, 808s & Heartbreaks, which currently sits at #1 on iTunes. Colbert is calling for "Operation Humble Kanye" to be launched on Wednesday, December 5th at 5:00 PM (EST). At that time, he's calling for everyone in the Colbert Nation to buy his Christmas album, A Colbert Christmas: The Greatest Gift Of All, effectively toppling both Kanye's ego and album by putting Stephen where he belongs…at #1 on iTunes, making him "the voice of this generation of this decade…" Video of Colbert's call to action can be viewed online here.
