Rhode Island two-piece Brown Bird has cancelled upcoming tour dates after half of the band, Dave Lamb, was hospitalized in Houston with anemia. He had been suffering with flu-like symptoms leading up to his hospitalization.  Dates through May 24 have been cancelled, listed specifically after the jump.
