Jesse Michaels Debuts New Band

Posted in Bands on December 22, 2008

Jesse Michaels of Operation Ivy/Common Rider fame debuted his new project this past weekend.  Michaels spoke of the band's debut and what to expect from the group:

Thanks to everybody who came out to the Bottom of the Hill last night. This show was the first show of the new band I'm in. We did six songs. Everybody in the house seemed to enjoy it and we certainly did. The enthusiasm was extremely appreciated and we are looking forward to playing more shows in the coming months. Its great to be playing punk rock again although we are definitely playing a kind of modulated version of it. Anyway, thanks to everybody who came out, and see you again soon. And if you don't live in the Bay expect us to come storming your dives sometime soon for sure! We don't have a name yet by the way. Working on it!!
