So a friend of mine pointed me to 60 Minutes yesterday where they were possibly going to blow the lid open on the whole UFO thing. I watched it; was underwhelmed. I mean, I have had a UFO experience that I can’t explain to this day, so I think there’s more out there.
If there is more, one of the soundtracks that perhaps we should offer up as an explanation would be the Posthuman album by Trees Speak. Similar to the fabled Voyager records, this album seems to speak volumes about life on Earth, capturing the wins, the losses, the overall weirdness of life on the big PE. Posthuman is the Tuscon, Arizona-based duo’s third album in a year, an impressive amount of output from any group, and it’s releasing on the 21st of May on Soul Jazz Records UK.

We’ve got a premiere here of the video for album track “Elements of Matter.” The video creator, 10 Years Time, has this to say about it:
"It was such a pleasure to collaborate with Trees Speak and to be a small part of this remarkable album. I was given complete creative freedom with the video which is always a dream.
Trees Speak have such a strong visual presence already, my main focus was to tap into that and try and do the music justice. I wanted to try and capture the dark, mysterious journey Post Human takes you on. I took inspiration from the incredible cover artwork done by Eric Adrian Lee. I used multiple methods to create movement - from drawing frames digitally to painting on transparent film to give it a handcrafted aesthetic.
Elements of Matter became the soundtrack to my life while I was working on this video and I now have slicked back hair and always chewing a wooden toothpick. The song creates a very cool but ominous atmosphere which makes a drive to the shops feel like I’m on a dangerous mission in a sci-fi film.”
